The Process Leading Up to Admission
1. Submission of the Application for Admission

2. Interview
(After the document screening, the interview will be scheduled and conducted. It will be held online or on-site.)
3. Notification of Admission Results
(Within 3 days of the interview date)
4. Application to the Immigration Bureau on behalf of the applicant
（Mid-November/Early June)
5. Issuance of Certificate of Eligibility
(Late February/Mid-August)
6. Payment of Tuition Fees
(Please pay the first-year tuition and dormitory fees within the payment deadline.)
7. Obtaining the Visa
(The applicant should take the 'Certificate of Eligibility,' 'Letter of Admission,' and passport to the Japanese embassy, consulate, or other overseas diplomatic mission in their home country to apply for the visa.)
8. Issuance of Visa and Reservation of Air Ticket
(Please provide the details of your arrival flight. If you wish to be picked up at the airport,
please make a reservation in advance.)
9. Arrival in Japan
(For those who wish, we offer support with address registration, opening a bank account, and purchasing a mobile phone.)
10. Enrollment
(April/October)
(Orientation and placement tests will be conducted.)
